At the bottom right side of the text box, you should see a clickable command for "edit post". Click that then look at the bottom right again for a button that says "delete". Click that, then scroll down just a bit and look on the left side of the page and you will see 2 check boxes. I always check the first one which says "Physically Remove Message". Check that box then look down and to the right and you will see a command for "delete". Click delete and that should return you to the forum menu and your OP will be gone.
