I've been sleeping the last week or so. Not sure why, I might be fighting off something. Keep having a headache and occasional chills. All while not feeling bad. Either way I've been sleeping but feel worse lol

Somewhat. I went to bed at 1 a.m. and got up at 6:15. But it was uninterrupted. I was extremely tired. I'm still tired, but that's part of my life these days!

It's generally 5 hours, 5½, but all in a row.

Ughhh! Since Mrs. suncat05 left and has been working in Australia, I can't sleep worth a damn. She says she'll be coming home whenever she finishes the contract job she's working on.
At least I don't have the nightmares I used to have from all of the bad things I've seen during my LEO career.

I have tried to get my sleep under control, and recently, it has been better. Not perfect, but better. It seems if I just don't try to get enough sleep, at least I get uninterrupted sleep.

Go to bed at 1 a.m., get up at 6, mostly fine.
Go to bed at 11 a.m., wake up at 3 and struggle to get back to sleep until 5ish.

Not a perfect correlation at all, just a slight trend.

I am about to purchase a lectrofan for use on "road trips," and if I like it in a hotel, I may try it at home. But we sleep with a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan on us at home anyway, so I hear those noises, which makes me think that I don't need it for at home.
