Looks like Cthulhu to me.
I don't mean to demean anyone's own thoughts or beliefs, but this reminds me a lot of the ones who see Jesus in a grilled cheese sandwich kinda thing.
People see what they want to see.
It's a stretch but if that lady gets comfort from seeing the face of her Savior in the woodgrain on her door, God Bless her.
