Close, dramatic game, but not a good one. Ugly

That sound you hear is more brackets blowing up as Sparty goes down. I’ll gladly sacrifice mine to see the tar holes follow suit.

I have little hope of the Aggies pulling this off, but boy I sure hope they do. They just aren't consistent enough and have seemed to just not click right during this entire coach's tenure, but maybe today they find a way.

Maybe Izzo should have listened to Cal’s theory on taking 30 or more 3-pointers. They were 8-37 from behind the arc.

Same as UK in 2010, have to attack zones, not let them push you out to the 3 point line.

Miles Bridges 4-18 shooting, 3-12 from three, ending with 11 points and 6 boards. Did he cost himself money by coming back?

8-37. They missed their last 14 shots. Good defense but much worse offense.
This will be a day longer remembered. It has seen the end of Pitino and will soon see the end of Louisville. September 27, 2017

I’d say he cost himself money with his poor play. He has good skills but seems to just wanna hang out on the perimeter and shoot threes all game long. At least Knox will drive and shows a good mid range game although he never met a shot he didn’t like.

No. He shot 17.3 ppg, up from 16.9 last year. Rebounds/game dropped from 8.3 to 7.0 but assists/game went from 2.1 to 2.8. In addition, he is a year older/stronger/more mature. He is more ready to step into the NBA right now and play than he was this time last year. It's not just about one game.

Now, I'm applying logical reasoning and we know that is not a strong suit of those doing drafting in the NBA.

I've never understood how a foul get's called under the basket by the far outside ref, while the ref under the basket is silent. IUnderstand different angles and such but just seems "odd"
