Air Raid siren at Commonwealth...yay or nay?
No.
No. I just want a tough and physical football team. We don't need a gimmick....at least I don't think we do.
"I don't like it, but I'll do it. I have to wear something anyway. I wouldn't want to get attacked by all the ladies and get divorced." - Mac122 on wearing black to support the team during a "blackout".
No, if we're going to do something like that let's do something new rather than rehashing the past. I think the best thing to do would be to let this team find its own identity and then market that, rather than force an identity on it.
Besides, the hope with Stoops is that the defense becomes at least as formidable as the offense.

It *was* fun, but maybe the time has come and gone for it.
Anything to excite the fans and bring a little fun and solidarity to Commonwealth should be done. Thunder for rushing touchdowns and the siren when they do it thru the air, fireworks when they win at home

I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.
The air raid siren would bring back memories of Hal Mumme, not necessarily a good thing.
I like Dan's idea of thunder for a rushing touchdown and maybe something else through the air.
One of the hardest things in life is having words in your heart that you can't utter.
How about the sound of. A squadron of U.S. Air Force fighter jets for passing TD's?
I like it!
changing my signature to change our luck.
I really like the idea of say, the whoosh of a fighter jet for a passing touchdown and the rumble of tank treads for a rushing touchdown, but military analogies were Joker's thing and maybe we want to get away from that too.

I like the idea of that, Dan.
