Does being here count?
I act like I work hard--and I guess, I do--but I also find plenty of time to do things I enjoy. I am here an awful lot, which I obviously enjoy. I am at all of my son's soccer games. He'll play 30 in the spring alone, so that tells you I do that a lot. I watch almost all UK football games, and about 1/2 of the basketball games (some conflicts just keep me from it).
But redefining it to exclude stuff like that (and excluding daughter's plays, and such)--just regular, day-to-day stuff--
I probably watch 30 minutes to 1 hour of TV on my phone every night after I go to bed, or at 3 a.m. or something.
I don't read every day, but probably average another 30 minutes of reading when you add up when I do read.
I have one or two torn rotator cuffs right now, so no golf, no basketball for me currently. (I have a 2nd MRI Thursday morning to diagnose left shoulder.)
I probably visit with children/wife in discussion talk 30 minutes to an hour a day. Is that recreational or stressful?
So all in all, I'd say maybe 1-2 hours a day is what I'd say. Can be a lot more, like on a Saturday or Sunday, though.
Do you own a stopwatch?
