He is supposedly a strict Constitutionalist, from what I have heard. Exactly what the Court needs, the direct opposite of the likes of Ginsburg, Sotomayor and Kagen.

And I sincerely hope that Justice Ginsburg retires sometime soon. That poor lady can't hardly stay awake at the State of the Union address, and she looks very, very frail these days.

Yes, the Chief Justice has been a huge disappointment, IMO. He could have stood on his own two feet and acted like a real SCOTUS Justice is supposed to act and interpreted the Affordable Care Act as the unconstitutional law that it is, but he didn't. He acted against the American people when he could and should have acted for them. Instead, he refused to protect the American people from an overreaching Congress and POTUS.

I can't see Based Ginsberg lasting much longer. Dems should be/are pissed she didn't retire 3 years ago but then their overconfidence in the election is going t cost them. You know, elections have consequences! You also have Kennedy who is 80, a conservative, and Breyer who is 78 and a liberal. If Trump replaces those three, the court moves way right since it would be a gain of 2 seats meaning 7-2 ..... Or 6-2 plus Roberts
