Anyone here a landlord?
My dad and I have decided to rent out my parent's old house. Anyone have any advice?
I guess being a forum mod is similar.

Back ground checks are very important, do the leg work and leave no stone unturned it will save you money in the long run.

Yes, I am and I never meant to be.
There is a great website (created by one of the credit bureaus) to check credit and other key indicators.
