    No adjustments made.

My personal opinion on this coaching staff is that they are incapable of making "in game adjustments" to what the other teams are doing. Last year the offense couldn't make the adjustment needed to simply "chip block" an on rushing defensive end to give the QB more time to check down to his 2nd & 3rd option. If you're in 3rd & long and everyone on the planet knows you've got to pass FIND A WAY TO SLOW THE D-LINE DOWN! Stoops & company cannot seem to grasp this concept! With the defense it's blantently obvious! Teach the players to be more independent in their thinking and approach on the field!
It's obvious we're going to be out-manned against every team we play so instill this sense of urgency by telling the players this. Let them play with a chip on their shoulder! These are smart kids! Teach them how to make in game adjustments and maybe we'll see better play on the field!

I don't think there is a good debate otherwise. They are not very flexible.

Yes, and from what I've heard, there is a lack of stamina/conditioning. This may go back to dedication. Also I see a consistent lack of player development as a general rule
