Does he have an incredible short memory, or is he just ignoring the issue, or is he just that big of a political hack who believes people are that stupid?

The world has never been less violent....and we are significantly more safe . Its mind blowing how out of touch the leader of the democratic party is. Somebody needs to tell the police officers how safe they are as that will put their unfounded concerns at ease. Same with those who used to travel overseas. Maybe he should let Christopher Stevens family know, or the parents of those killed at "Pulse" in Orlando... and since its "the world" that that has never been less violent, then I guess he should reach out to those in Turkey. Oh, and perhaps he can quit with the gun control thing then since the world is so safe.
