Trae Young 6'1 170lbs
247 = #3 PG / #21 overall
Rivals = #3 PG / #13 overall
Scout = #3 PG / #26 overall
I look for his stock to rise into a solid top 10-15 ranking after the summer.
Michael Porter Jr 6'9 210
247 = #1 SF / #4 overall
Rivals = #1 SF / #2 overall
Scout = #1 SF / $5 overall
He's my personal favorite in the class. Says he wants to play with Young, has strong family ties to Missouri and Washington.
Hamidou Diallo 6'5 180lbs
247 = #2 SG / #10 overall
Rivals = #1 SG / #10 overall
Scout = #1 SG / #9 overall
Long and pushes the ball to score.
Jarred Vanderbilt 6'8 200lbs
247 = #3 SF / #11 overall

Versatile player whom many consider a lock to UK.
Nick Richards 6'11 235lbs

Rivals = #5 C / #19 overall
Scout = #8 C / #20 overall
St Patrick's high school of MKG and Dakari fame, we're heavy favorites here.

Consensus #1 player in the class, the world is his oyster if he plays his cards right
I'm also nearly weeping at the thought of getting a true SF. I will be a happy man. Such a versatile position and tool for a team's arsenal of weapons having a guy that can handle the ball, rebound, shoot inside or out, guard anybody, etc.
I would love to see Cal get Vanderbilt! What a beast that kid is and has a great handle for his size. Some of those blocks were just evil! Also would love it if Porter and Young decide to plat together at Ky. Not sure about Richards though.

If we don't get Young, i'm absolutely clueless as to what Cal's backup plan is. I don't see one at all. We've watched Scruggs a little bit, and he's capable of playing the position, but he's a heavy IU lean. Maybe Cal thinks Briscoe will be back for his Junior year?
Excerpt from Zags Blog regarding Diallo…..he does seem to be the "bright shining object" at the moment
"His upside's through the roof," Rens coach Andy Borman told SNY.tv this weekend "He's the most athletic naturally gifted player in the country and maybe not even for his class, maybe just hands down. The kid is 6-6, can do everything and does everything willingly. Plays defense, blocks shots, hustle plays, but the most impressive thing that I've seen is his basketball IQ is through the roof. It's not like he's just a gifted kid but he doesn't know what he's doing. Everything he does has a reason."
Of course, we start with the Kentucky (18-6) – Florida (10-14) series. But we also want to watch Tennessee (17-7) at Vanderbilt (11-13), Mississippi...
