It sounds funny, but if it happened and a UK fan did hunt him down I wouldn't be moved to tears for him.

I don't see anything here except Thamel's panties tingling. UK has strong oversight and compliance in place. Sounds like Tech just let him do his thing. We have full time staff not answerable to the coach who monitor every minute of the schedule to keep it compliant.

Tech didn't do a professional job. UK is OCD about these things.
