Been a long time since I've been nauseated after exercising. Funny how a) getting older, b) gaining weight, c) getting out of the habit of exercising, d) pushing yourself just a little and e) probably not resting enough after eating two small bowls of turkey gumbo will cause that.
According to Jethro Bodine, the trick is not filling those bowls up too many times.
