I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.
My in-laws lost power Saturday morning, but the phones are still working. Everyone is okay. And yes, they told us it is a bad storm, not moving very fast, dumping LOTS of rain and high winds. But they're up on high ground, the house is solid concrete with a steel roof, and they have a generator. And they laid in a bunch of food & water, so they'll ride this out okay.
