A proferssor was murdered this morning at Delta State U this morning, shooter not found at this time. DSU is home of the fighting Okra, located in a Delta town near the Miss River about 30 miles due north of Greenville. Small school, about 3500 students, in a farming community, known for their football and baseball teams and in years past for their outstanding womens basketball teams back when they could compete with anyone in the country.
