Executive decision by Governor Scott, and the correct one, I believe.
Everyone will still have an opportunity to vote, it will just have to be at a different time. There is no misconduct by Governor Scott here. Any misconduct is on the part of whomever placed those questionable items where they did and caused the problems that occurred. Given the situation, the safety of everyone in the area is of utmost importance.
