Online gun sales make getting guns in Alabama even easier
Frankly, there's not much to this story. I linked it just because it is amazing to me to see how the media seizes an opportunity for "news." This isn't "news." It's certainly not "new." And does it have relevance to anything we've seen lately?
Nope.
But here ya go.

The article isn't very factual either. Firearm orders from Cheaper than Dirt are sent only to FFL holders, who then do checks on buyers for a fee.

Re: Online gun sales make getting guns in Alabama even easier
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone other than an FFL. I can sell you a gun online, but cannot ship it to you. We cannot legally do a face to face transaction either, since I know you live in Alabama. I bought a gun at a gun show off an individual, he asked to see my driver's license to verify I am a Kentucky resident. I am a member of a couple of FB groups that allow people to post ads to buy, sell and trade firearms. Those groups do nothing to handle transactions anymore than Craigslist does if I,had a boat to sell.
