Lets say Obama loses next week, but with the new administration lots of info comes out about Libya and Obama refusing to give the orders to help those guys, and making CiA tell the guys to stand down and refusing to let the military send in help. Can he be held responsible after he is out of office? and charged with anything criminal?
I hope not. I hated it when Obama came in and threatened to criminally charge Bush et al for Waterboarding which I would see as a similar situation. Plus I have a hard time with finding anything that is criminal. Lying unless under oath isn't a crime.
