Class action lawsuit over "the fight"?

So what do the attorneys think? Do they have a case?

Their position is that they paid for PPV or bet on Paquaio and he failed to disclose an injury that impacted the outcome and the quality of the event. Apparently they're supposed to disclose such things as part of the paperwork for the fight.

Sounds like maybe a case to me if they're supposed to disclose injuries and didn't.
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.

Sounds like a good case can be made for the quality of promotion the next fight is already receiving.

People pulling for the young man to set the world right would do the whole thing over again next week and pay full price if he said he was 100 percent.

I'm not being suckered in..the man was clearly beaten by a better fighter and lesser man.

    Don't buy it gang.

    Grandstanding.

If Paciquio had backed out it would have looked like he was ducking the fight. Much of the problem was the denial of the anti-inflammatory injection prefight.

He got in the ring knowing he was hurt, and he fought anyway. Mayweather was already guilty of ducking Pacquiao for almost 7 years. A healthy Pacquiao has an excellent chance of beating Mayweather. Pacquiao was not going to back out of the fight. So, say what you will, I still stand with Pacquiao, he is the man with the correct moral compass here, not that POS Mayweather.
