I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.
I know officers in several different agencies that have helped kids just like this one. We might be the police on the job, but we are no different or any more indifferent than anyone else. We know the difference between a kid that is struggling to make it in life as opposed to some germwheat that is all about gaming other people or the system.
Kudos go out not only these officers that are helping this kid, and to the kid himself for having the fortitude and courage to get it done the right way.
