For those who do not understand that reference, Biden recently talked about knowing people who recently served in Iraq or Iran (we are not at war with Iran, have not been at war with Iran and have no troops in Iran--this from the Foreign Policy guy of the administration). Of course Harry Reid raised his hand

Biden was on the Foreign Relations Committee forever, and is the most clueless foreign policy person you'll ever meet. He's the dumbest, and not "I disagree" dumb but "couldn't find Afghanistan on a map" dumb, person to be VP in my lifetime.

We've had some pretty dumb VPs from both parties, but Biden is the worst. He would ask questions in Senate hearings that would show he had no clue what was going on in the hearing.
