Nice Washington Post piece on Wall/Bledsoe

Wall occasionally goes back to campus to play pick-up and keeps in contact with current players. He tries to meet with former Kentucky players, in the NBA or not, in different cities whenever he gets the chance.

“They all supported us and they’re still supporting,” Wall said. “It’s a big tradition and once you play for them it’s like a big family here.”
They say, they only play for themselves not the name on the jersey, as if it can't be both. The players get it, once a part of BBN anyways a part of BBN.

John Wall is a terrific ambassador for the Kentucky program. He will fall behind Anthony Davis, and probably DeMarcus Cousins (and maybe others as the years go by), but in my view, he may have been the most important recruit in the John Calipari area.

I'm not the one who first said this, but John Wall made Kentucky the "it" school again. It all started there. And John has been magnificent since leaving Kentucky in his connection to the program and representing UK in a very positive light.
