I won't lie, I'm excited to have the original trio in this movie. It gives it great potential, I hope they don't mess it up.
Also Max Von Sydow, IMO one of the best actors for such movies, is in it, another big plus. He can take over the top sci-fi characters and make them work.
It's set 30 years after Return, has all kinds of possibilities, and I like that Abrhams is doing it instead of Lucas directly. Enough with the computer effects and back with the characterization that makes sci-fi work.
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.
