Not that we didn't already know this, but just more evidence.

Brilliant is the correct word. Wow.
Not Jerry Tipton @NotJerryTipton
John Calipari is planning two-day NBA scouting combine for UK. Similarly, Tom Crean is having managers from Starbucks interview IU players.
That is amazing. Cal is going to have a very long run here at UK.
Darryl
Calipari will be at Kentucky as long as he wants.
Here's why I like it the most-- We get all the "hey, look at me" practicing over and done with before the Season starts. Then, no more scouts at the daily practices. It allows the team to focus on game preparation and not putting on a show for whatever NBA visitor wanders to the gym today. It also saves Cal's energy (and that of his staff's) who would have to spend time with that rep, instead of keeping a laser focus on the team's progress.
There might be a few days of selfish play -- and hopefully not! -- but there will be a LONG stretch of season where the guys practice good habits and carry those over to the games.
How great is he?
Just imagine how much we would all hate him if he were at another program that mattered.
You can't ignore him and therefore you can't ignore UK. Even saying you don't care what he and UK are up to shows how much you do because no one can honestly say that they're a die hard fan of another program and not keep their ears to the ground just a bit for happenings at the other prominent programs.
He's our Mick Jagger and everyone elses' Freddy Krueger.
“Before I leave I’d like to see our politics begin to return to the purposes and practices that distinguish our history from the history of other nations,
“I would like to see us recover our sense that we are more alike than different. We are citizens of a republic made of shared ideals forged in a new world to replace the tribal enmities that tormented the old one. Even in times of political turmoil such as these, we share that awesome heritage and the responsibility to embrace it.”
-Patriot and Senator. John McCain
The great thing is there isn't much reason for other programs to offer this. What an advantage!
i hope self sh..s in his pants
Don't know how he does it but we're lucky to have him. Hope he doesn't leave Kentucky any time soon.
