I briefly ducked under 200 last year, and all heck broke loose. I have, sadly, gained up to 216.8 through inactivity and poor eating habits. Fortunately I haven't gone back alll the way to the 237 I was (and probably higher, but I never weighed when I got "up there"), but wanting to reverse the trend.
Friday, June 20 - 216.8. Goal is to get to 199, then I will reset the goal to 185, and then maybe 180. But for now, let me find sub-200 again, and I'll be happy.
