"Governor, you're no Thomas Jefferson." Maybe the best ever.
Does any of the blame belong to you?
Yes, because for many years, I was a Democrat.

Never felt better.
Those are great !! Oh how I miss that man as our POTUS...............

Thanks, guys! If there's more keep 'em coming! I loved the man, but I didn't appreciate him then as much as I do now. His landslide wins coupled with Bush I's forever changed the way politics is covered in the MSM.

Cool as a rule, but sometimes bad is bad.
By the end of Reagan's 2nd term I thought we'd finally killed the American socialist movement. We'd woken up, realized that was the wrong course, and got back to thinking like Americans again.
Apparently no amount of silver bullets or wood through the heart can kill it. We need Uncle Ron so badly right now. A man who can explain the American Experiment and how that tells us which policies to follow.
I love the "youth and inexperience". It was funny no doubt, but he managed to all but end any debate about his age as a campaign issue with a joke. With a joke. He killed an entire angle of attack with a one liner.
You can count on one hand all the PResidents that good with their timing and connection with the audience to do something like that.
