Raisin bran cereal, skim milk.
No coffee, because it's 4 a.m. and I'm hoping to catch a nap in an hour or so, rather than being awake for the day, so coffee will hopefully wait until 7 a.m.ish. Appointments begin at 9 a.m. today, with the first one literally 5 minutes from my house (yay!).
Another day another delicious honey crisp apple.
