Didn't know he had a handle. A lot more to his game than I'd seen. Thanks, Darryl.
Cool as a rule, but sometimes bad is bad.
Man he just stood around on purpose in the all star games!
Go Cats!
I' m impressed lol...Rock will have 10 pounds of muscle on him by November 1st...
Geez.
By those highlights, his offensive game certainly looks anything but raw. Handled the ball with left hand with ease, showed quick hands with the steal, thought I saw a cross-over dribble (my feed hiccupped), and looked like he had plenty of on the floor moves.
I'm still not enamored with his jump shot, but I didn't want Anthony Davis doing much of that, either, and I loved his shot.
All the caveats and cautions being given; I'm feeling very good about him. Very good.
I followed him his senior year in high school and compared him to Bill Russell long before
any national guy did. Folks called me delusional (I may very well be but not in this case)
Extremely explosive off the floor, blocks shots with either hand, quick as a cat, very savvy.
He is the best shot blocker entering college I have ever seen.
Noel then played in the all star games and many expressed doubts about him. I think Cal
may very well play him a lot with WCS and those two will be a nightmare inside for our
opponents.
3 weeks and 1 day till BBM!!
Darryl
I'd like to see him control his blocks, keeping them in play for fast breaks. I'm sure Cal will tweak it properly.
Cool as a rule, but sometimes bad is bad.
I could take him to the rim. He wouldn't know how to defend someone with a 1 inch vertical leap...
Of course he would probably block my shot with his feet.
I get the flat top, it's a protection from the rim.

It seems like so, so long ago that we were talking about Billy Clyde Gillispie at Kentucky.
Thank goodness.
Jeez that was at least two dui's and a couple of stints in rehab ago. I wonder how much of that 6 mil. he has left while mean while we have a couple of stints in the final four and a natty. # 9, # 9, #9...
