Russian Defector

Is this fake news or is the info contained in this report actually true? A former Putin communications aide has reportedly defected from Russia and is sharing info about the Russian leader that most of the world is not privy to.

If much of the "information" is factual, then Putin and the current Leader of the USA have many things in common, especially the mistake of listening to their own propaganda in the state run news media and believing that info to be true.
