PSA Dieting tip... A pint of ice cream

Fits perfectly in a Yeti rambler.

Throw some ice at the bottom of the Yeti, insert the ice cream pint, and you have cold ice cream that waits til it is in your mouth to melt.

Dieting tip-because it remains cold, you eat it more slowly, thereby only eating one pint, rather than your normal two.
