Preppers know when cash has no value you need a little precious metal to get by on. Kentucky vs Duke 1978 is a gem featuring a golden Goose who shot down the Devils.

You will be on this Santa's Christmas list later on this year.
Thanks for the fix
The rule of 71 applied to games played even back in 78
No pandemic video collection is complete without a few zombie videos. In 1998 the Cats Come Back from the dead not once, not twice, but three times.

Thanks fellas! I haven’t been watching any basketball videos as it reminds me too much about what is missing. But i another week I’m sure I’ll need a fix and this will be the cure.
Well done Keith.
Thanks for posting!!!
Thanks, Keith!
Thought this thread would be instructions on how to clear a field of fire to defend against people coming for your vast store of toilet paper, but this is still good. :)

Enjoyed rewatching the 2012 IU S16 tourney game. Had the good fortune to see that one live so it’s great to revisit that experience.
One year after the crushing Laettner shot the Cats faced Florida State with a trip to the 1993 Final Four on the line.

That game and the WF one prior to that were two of the most dominant back-to-back performances I can recall in the tourney - just came out and absolutely destroyed them both.
Edit: well my memory certainly failed me on the FSU game. After a quick perusal it was a tied game with about 8:00 to go 1st half. Might’ve been thinking of the Utah game prior to Wake. It was notable, and a reminder of Rhodes’ promise out of HS, when Maguire opined (paraphrasing) he could exceed Mashburn’s accomplishments at UK.
2011 east regional semi final against Ohio St.
Harrellson did a great job defending Sullinger all game long

2011 regional finals vs sheep U. I worried all the way to the 20 second mark about who would win.

Kentucky v undefeated Wichita State, 2014.

With all of use sequestered like the cardinals trying to elect a pope, and the multiple individual threads about specific games, I thought a single thread with links to your favorites games might make selections of what to watch easier. My first offering is UK vs Duke in the 1998 regionals (aka the "WHAT IS MAGLORE DOING" rant by Billy Packer game)
ENJOY
This isn't a game, but it may be one of my favorite videos ever as it so perfectly encapsulates what sports can mean to all of us. You don't have to be watching the game to know exactly what is happening. Be sure to have the volume up because the brief instance of almost total silence before...well, just watch!

2011 UNC-CH at Rupp
Had to chuckles that at the 10:00 mark of the first half, Clark Kellogg comments on UNC-CH monitoring social media. Too bad they didn't monitor their pseudo classes, or maybe they didn't feel they needed to, or perhaps an education was less important than what was posted on Facebook
I pinned this thread to make it easy to access. It looks like it is going to be a long haul.
Unsticking this in the hope that we're starting anew now and better things coming.
