Yeah this was the little hook I saw when my phone received this message. I was about 5 minutes away from home headed to the post office. Called my wife and she and NY daughter and two cats were already in basement.
I turned around, got home, grabbed a phone charger and started charging my phone in case of power failure. About that time they canceled the warning.
