* Play the KSR Hall of Fame Contest: Kentucky v Alabama *

Semifinals...love tournament play.

1. Predict the Kentucky margin of victory (+) OR loss (-). If you believe that Kentucky will lose, make sure that you make it clearly known with a -- [minus sign], or something else.


2. Predict the game high scorer, AND the total number of points he will score in the game. NOTE--it does not have to be a Kentucky player for this KSR point.


3. Most consecutive points Kentucky scores in the game -- Over/Under, 8- - Spurtability -- Pick whether Kentucky's biggest spurt in the game will be OVER 8 points or UNDER 8 points, and by how many.

4. Bench points bonanza. As we get to day 4 of the tournament (day 2 for Kentucky, day 3 for Alabama), bench play starts to become more relevant. Pick which team's bench will score the most points--AND pick how many points they score. Gotta get the first one right, and be closest for this point.

Tiebreaker: number of 3-point shots Kentucky will MAKE.

Couple of Fox picks, but this one was just a tad closer. Fox led all scorers with 28, and this is good for a point.

Cats trailed 17-7 with 13:10 remaining in the first half.

A Monk 3-pointer, followed by an Adebayo dunk, a Gabriel short jumper, two Fox FTs, and a Hawkins layup led a UK 11-0 run for UK's biggest run in the game beofre Riley Norris stopped the Bama bleeding with a 3-pointer.

The OVER/UNDER was 8, and Doc correctly picked OVER, by 3, indicating UK would have an 11-point run during the game. He nailed it on the nose for the KSR point.

Two smart guys here picked Bama, 21 for bench scoring.
Cats bench scored 9 (Hawkins 7, Gabriel 2), and Bama bench scored 22.

The Bama, 21 was closest and good for a KSR point each.

With two KSR points, Doc wins going away, no need to resort to the tiebreaker.

Wow, I pulled two wins in the three SECT games.

I though I might have to run onto the court and make a 3 pointer if need be in order to win. I was willing to do my part.
