Haven't started Tulsa King season 2 yet. Looking forward to it.
Without posting spoilers, not happy with the way Yellowstone current season part 2 started, so haven't really gotten into it. I've only watched the first 2 episodes so far.

All Creatures Great and Small is great but still pales in comparison to the books. That’s probably true of just about everything though.

I'm so uneducated and sheltered. It's based on books? I would enjoy reading those.

Herriott was a Yorkshire vet who wrote the books about his time practicing there. All Creatures was the first book.
It was made into a PBS miniseries about 45 years ago, and they made a new version that started in 2020 and the new season is currently playing on PBS.

Just started watching "Bosch" on Prime. 2 episodes in, and I like a lot. Stubborn loner cop show, goes against the grain and hates the people he works for. Can't imagine why I like it! LOL
Also new season of Reacher (season 3) started Thurs. Also believe 1923 (Yellowstone) continues tomorrow night

Enjoying a new series on Paramount+, Mobland. Guy Ritchie is Executive Producer and Director, stars Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren and Tom Hardy. East End London gangsters, which is kind of Ritchie's thing. 2 episodes in so far, it's a lot of fun.

Both Reacher season 3, and 1923 season 2 did not disappoint….

NBC has a nature/doc series The Americas w/Tom Hanks narrating. Great cinematography, and very interesting…if you like nature/docs.

FWIW, the last person on Earth who had not seen The Godfather or The Godfather Part II has now seen it. Great way to spend nearly 7 hours of flight time on an international flight!

Concur with the flight-viewing thing. For some reason I gravitate toward violent and/or apocalyptic movies on flights, which may be one reason why I find it hard to sleep on red-eye flights. :D

Just finished 4 seasons of Goliath starring Billy Bob Thorton. Odd and hard to follow... typical Billy Bob, but worth the watch. Now on The Mortician. True story, and Effed Up for sure!

Just binged Landman on Paramount+. What is becoming a typical Taylor Sheridan show formula: expansive cinematography, lots of pithy one-liners, violence, sex. Kind of a modern-day soap opera, but watchable. Think Yellowstone in Midland-Odessa, Texas. Billy Bob Thornton is really good.
Looking forward to Ken Burns' American Revolution documentary series on PBS this November.

Haven’t seen a bad Burns doc yet. The Revolution will be a challenge for he and his crew.
