What's for supper?

Headed to Metro Diner tonight. Maybe some chicken and waffles, but not sure I'm that hungry.

Just made some pimento cheese and see Catfan recently made cheesy grits. Never made but grits, but I might pick up some tomorrow and make pimento cheese grits to take me back to Isle of Palms for a moment.
