We had two, what I assume to be illegals, setting up service recently. They had their Chicago City ID. It appeared to be an ID, debit card, and insurance card all in one. I guess they go to Chicago to get the free benefits? Then come here?
Of course, only our government would have each service expiring in different years on the same card......
