  • Kentucky Soccer draws overall # 1 Seed in NCAA Tournament

    The Kentucky men's soccer team drew the overall number one seed in the NCAA Tournament today. As such, Kentucky (14-0-5) (along with 15 other teams) will receive a bye into the 2nd round, which will occur on Sunday, November 20 in Lexington, time TBA.



    They will face the winner of South Florida (8-6-4) vs Hofstra (14-3-3).

    The Wildcats are the only undefeated team in Division I men's soccer. The Final Four will be held in Cary, North Carolina. The highest seed of each match will host until that time, so if Kentucky continues to progress in the NCAA tournament, they will host all of their games until that time.

      The University of Kentucky men’s soccer team has earned the overall No. 1 seed in the 2022 NCAA Men’s Soccer Tournament and will host a second-round matchup at the Bell Soccer Complex on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. ET. UK’s opponent will be the winner of the first-round matchup against Hofstra vs. South Florida.
