    Strolled in at 8:05 a.m. CT this morning, and had my pick of seats in the main media room. Selected 4th row, middle, 1st chair for a good view, and easy access to the UK athletes they select in the front two corner podiums.

      The videos are just short clips, not necessarily the best part. Made it easy to upload.

      Lynn Bowden is impressive talking about his goal being to make sure his son has it better than him.
      Kash Daniel is impressive talking about how they'll replace Josh Allen, others stepping up.
      Logan Stenberg is impressive talking about work ethic, and just being ultra-composed and confident.

      No false bravado. Just real confidence. Real people. Real talk. Enjoyable.

      Wow, looking at the picture of Bowden, he has really grown and matured at Kentucky. Looking forward to seeing him on the field this year and representing UK on Sundays over the years.
