One more year Nick, one more year. He has made a lot of progress this season, but he still needs some more coaching to get where he wants to go.

He seems to have a great attitude. Has a hard time playing through contact though. Another year would help that I believe.

I agree. He wants to succeed and is willing to work hard to make that happen. A little more core strength and learning to play defense with his feet, not his hands. That will get him more time on the floor with a lack of fouls. Do we know if Chuck Hayes earned his degree? I am pretty sure he did, and if so he needs to be on UK's bench to coach big men how to play D with their feet instead of their hands. He was the best 6'6" "big man" in the paint I ever saw on defense.

Well that ain't gonna happen. He is a player development coach in the League and is being paid 1.4 million for his efforts.

Chuck knew how to get the most out of himself. He would be awesome to have on the bench. I remember watching his first game at Rupp and turning to my Dad and saying "He's gonna be good. Just watch how hard he works the blocks." Turned out I was right once in my life.

You and I had the same reaction the first time we saw him play. He was a very special player.

Thanks, Harlow--I corrected it to 22. No idea, of course, and watch 18 be the right answer lol. Anyway, I appreciate the heads up.
