No cemetery wants the body (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/05/05/massachusetts-state-senator-seeks-government-help-in-finding-gravesite-for/%20?test=latestnews)

Why would sane folks protest a funeral home for accepting the body?

If the parents or wife won't take it, then cremate it. Problem solved.

I'd be scared to death some zealots would protest, or worse. Good business decision to avoid that business.

His parents are coming over and live abroad, right? Tell them they can either take the body back to Russia or it will be cremated and his ashes spread somewhere or and be done with it.

Throw it out back and let the buzzards pick at the bones. Why waste the $2.00 for the propane to cremate it.

His family needs to take it back. Nothing good can come from it staying here.

Apparently his mother has made that request. Assuming there's no martyr issues for us to deal with if his body is there, and the Russians see no issues, seems like an obvious enough solution. If that is a possible issue then dump him in the ocean and be done with it.
