That's likely to increase premiums for at least some Americans buying individual plans.

Uh, no #### Sherlock. However aren't the evil insurance companies just going to make less profit so they don't have to raise the premiums?

I can foresee the middle class being priced out of the health insurance market, where they make too much to get insurance at a reduced rate through Obamacare, but don't make enough to be able to buy food and healthcare.

We are screwed folks and it will only get worse. Wait until all those in the 61-64 age group who voted for Obama reach 65 and can't get into a specialist because they no longer take new Medicare patients because of this

Increased rates from the insurance companies are all part of the plan to get to a single payer system. It's simple. Force the insurance companies to cover anything and everything, wait for them to raise their rates, complain that they're evildoers, get the people on your side, and then put the insurance companies out of business. That's been the plan from the beginning. Anyone who doesn't see that hasn't been paying attention.

I think what you will see and is already happening, is private practice for the medical field will be a thing of the past, they will/are working for the hospitals avoiding accelerated liability insurance rates. Medical field people will see their salary come down, fewer people will want to enter the medical field and wala we are very short of medical personnel and only select people will get service and timely, other will wait in line. Many/most will have 29 hour weeks, 2 jobs or live off the rest of us that work, more people jumping into the wagon and less to pull. Obamacare IMO and shared by many will be a great failure, O Canada, O Canada, just like O Canada!!!! Insurance companies I am just not sure yet how that will all fall together, I can see the government taking over the insurance industry.
