Can't fool me Coastie. That thar ain't California, there's no beach or nothin' in it. :) HA! The cool thing with this area, is we are a 30 minute drive from the coast. Bodega Bay to be exact, where Alfred Hitchcock filmed The Birds!!

What did you do different in the pictures of the barn? Bet you enjoyed the setting? Any deer there?

Jazy, I used Pixlr Express to do a little editing on the pics. It's a free app on my iphone and can also be put on your computer. Pretty forgiving and easy to play around with. This farm is only about 10 minutes from the house and yes, I didnt want to leave the barns! I felt at home all of a sudden. There are deer and turkey EVERYWHERE around this area. Never asked her about the farm specifically, but I will. We are getting and splitting with a friend a side of her beef. All grass fed, no growth hormones, just happy ass cows till they get that little stick to the head.
What did you do different in the pictures of the barn? Bet you enjoyed the setting? Any deer there?

These guys were on base this morning me saying hey to all the ladies by the front gate......19051906

Not in Kentucky, but you know how those animal righters are in Cali. Probably have some fancy name for it too, like Bovine Gravitational Disorientation Syndrome.

If you get back to KY I can't do much about the beach, but I can talk to my uncles about cow availability.
