Yep. he and his ilk were super quick to criticize everything while Trump was in office, but now that he's there suddenly it's not his fault and the POTUS is all but powerless.

OF all the things about politics that are disgusting, the hypocrisy is the worst.

Even liberals are saying he's given up on Covid with the remarks. They aren't wrong. His mandates aren't working, they fell way behind in testing, new variants were inevitable, etc.

Funny how when it was Trump this was all on him, and now suddenly "we didn't see it coming" is an acceptable excuse.

The attack on the unvaccinated is his effort to distance himself from this promise. He has and continues to blame the "unvaccinated" for the continuation of the "Pandemic". I am waiting for the "if the unvaccinated had done what I asked, this illness would have been stopped". Of course now he is throwing it to the states, claiming that is where the "rubber meets the road" (an analogy a big rig trucker like Joe can understand), all while he spent the last year bashing DeSantis of FL and Abbott of Texas for their successful efforts to control the virus while keeping their state's economies open. Realistically, the best thing that could have happened to Biden was the Omicron varient as it highly contagious but low virulence will lead to herd immunity, and thus a quicker resolution of the problems.
