Gained ten pounds of stubborn belly fat. Blood tests normal. Doc says "Remission" but beginning to ache in the old familiar way, or at least I'm worried that I am. I call it "checking my fingers and toes" every morning, but it is isnt physically, you know? A mental worry that maybe it didn't work, or was just a brief Indian summer.

Mostly, I'm trying to be more active, conscientious, loving every day.

And post here a lot.

Great news Jeff. Stay positive, will take your mind awhile as it will tell you over and over that the cancer has returned. That was what my wife fought for several years, every time something hurt or was out of the ordinary she thought it was back.
