Fortunately, US Sen. Richard Shelby has decided to retire. A new unexpected candidate has entered the race. He is running as a Trump Conservative. He hasn't run for office before, but something tells me he will appeal to a lot of Alabamians. He is certainly outside the mainstream Republican Party in AL

Republican should follow the democratic game plan and import voters from out of state to vote. That, and get some voting cadavers as well.
