Stunning he would just go on vacation while Afghanistan falls. Could there be a worse image?

Remember all that talk about how embarrassing Trump was for the US to the world? Yeah, he was a blowharded asshat, but this is truly showing the worst of America to the world.

The blowhard asshat didn’t prostitute America to the world, so a lot of them didn’t like him. They see Joe as a joke, a weak joke.

The President, Sec. of Defense, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff should all tender their resignation. Install the Lost Little Girl as President and begin a Congressional Investigation into the decision to withdraw. I was in support of a strategic withdrawal, not a quit and go home strategy. The socialist democrats are a weak group. As a result of their weakness our friends are being killed. No ally will ever trust us again. I wish Israel well.

I had a long conversation last evening with a friend who works in the office of a US Senator. The volume of calls to the office from constituents seeking help to get friends and acquaintances out of Afghanistan is staggering. The desperation in their voices is chilling.

Our utter abandonment of our allies there will be a long black mark on the nation and on our ability to conduct foreign policy.

America has a long tradition of this sort of thing, Biden isn't the first, but the shockingly poor implementation in this case easily ranks it with the fall of Saigon as the worst such debacle.

We needed at worst a paced withdrawal that included increasing our offensives with air power to suppress Taliban advances while we got our allies, troops and civilians out, and destroyed our infrastructure. This was a hasty, ill thought out abandonment of bases, infrastructure, equipment, and worst of all thousands of Afganis who put their faith in us and will now be killed and tortured along with their families.

There's a lot of blood on the hands of Biden and his cadre of people who actually control him and this Administration.

An embarrassing, shameful day to be an American.

In yet another glaring example of the media's bias... anybody recall when Texas lost power and SENATOR Cruz was caught heading to Cancun. Ted Cruz, a senator who is not charged with the daily running of the state, was raked over the coals for not attending to his home state despite it being a Governors issue. But he received far more criticism than Biden, who has basically put all the pieces in place for this debacle, and then avoids the press, and the press says nothing. Shameful

Even CNN and MSNBC are starting to call him out finally. You know it's bad when they start to question Biden.

It seems to me that this just opens the door for Biden to be removed and Harris to be anointed. Not sure which is the better scenario.

JMHO, but I believe she will have the same speech writers, the same post it note answers to the softball media questions, and she will have the previous leader to blame for everything while appointing some poor nitwit to visit the south western boarder to report back that everything is not great, but there is no crisis, and any problems the press is seeing are all Biden's fault.

However, she will have to come up with some goofy tag line instead of a stupid laugh to fail to answer a question.

Dems accused Trump of killing thousands with his handling of COVID. Will the same standard apply to the thousands of Afgans who will end up dead because of this?

I thought we would never see another U.S. President that could possibly be worse than "Jimma" Carter. And then we ended up with the father-son duo of the Bush clan, William Jefferson Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, and now this moron "Plugs" Biden.

We really need to make being a politician at the state and federal levels as tough on them as humanly possible. And the same goes with state and federal judges. We should also not let these same no-good politicians be allowed to hold positions just outside the government where they can mold and influence policy on any level. I know, I know...........crazy idea, huh?

A few short days ago the claim was she was heavily involved in the Afghanistan decisions and had a key role in the withdrawal.

What We Got Wrong in Afghanistan

Military officers like me thought we were building a capable Afghan security force. What did we get wrong? Plenty.

I keep hearing the Afghan’s didn’t want to fight. They didn’t want to fight “our version” of war. The fact they didn’t want to fight it also tells me it wasn’t a civil war as it has been touted either.
