Illegal takings of property without compensation or due process. Next they’ll be quartering troops in private houses.

Maybe the most egregious civil rights violAtion in my lifetime not involving race.More far reaching implications than “War on drugs” confiscations of property without due process.

And on the orders of the Presidents. (2 of them!)

We are watching the Bill of Rights disappear.

Yes. As a landlord myself, this is downright disgusting. The govt and Tennant are stealing from property owners, and encouraging people to freeload. Why would anybody, including those who can, pay rent? It is legalized squatting

They are also looking at making it harder on real estate investors (landlords included) to buy and sell property with some tax laws.

SCOTUS had told them not to renew the eviction ban. How can evictions be an issue with all the unemployment funds that have been handed out during the pandemic?

Keith they do not give a damn about that. The pandemic is their long awaited excuse to attack private property, put in a national income, nationalize health care, and overturn this country. Just a bit of proof? Almost none of the federal money from the last administration for paying rent has been distributed by the state bureaucracies.

You can always count on the left to take advantage of a crisis to push their political goals.
