Yeah, that's nice and all, but right about now a bunch of liberal slugs from Commiefornia are deciding that it's time to move to another place that's really nice so that they can move there, start voting, and then turn that place into what they moved to get away from.

Nice town. Two oil refineries and a sugar beet processing plant. Very middle class. Good hospitals and retail trade center activity.
