That’s a chilling video. The rider getting trampled is hard to watch. I hope he is ok.

Two years ago on a Saturday am bike ride with about 45 others I went down when I hit an open water company access point. Someone removed the cover. The other riders did a good job of avoiding me, but one guy rode over my foot. Thankfully the other guy didn’t get hurt. Painful!

But when you are riding in a pack there is nowhere to go but forward. I now ride in back with the sweeper.
