I'm watching the Women's SEC golf chanpionship from Hoover AL.

I do not golf anymore, but used to enjoy playing the game. I am glad that I never had to play the course they are using today. The course is suited for a mountain goat more than a human, and the golfers have to walk the 7,000 yards or so , and at least 1/2 of those yards are on a 5% up slope.

Have played that course. It's not as bad as several in Birmingham in terms of slope. Nice course, though. My son worked there in hospitality and beverage for several years and learned to speak Spanish because of it, but that's another story.
